With Mistocine, it is possible to optimally deliver drugs with poor absorption potential by non-invasive routes. Mistocine uses lipid-based systems to enhance absorption via nasal, buccal, or inhalation drug delivery. Mistocine dispenses a controlled dose as a fine spray with the droplet size engineered preferentially to deposit the formulation at the desired site of absorption. Within the respective deposits, unique nano-sized carriers rapidly and effectively deliver the active agent and/or absorption enhancers directly to the membrane in an easily absorbed form.
