First long acting combination of a safe narcotic plus an expectorant.

    more information

A safer long acting FDA approved product is needed that relieves symptoms of cough associated with cold and other upper respiratory allergies. About 70% of patients with cold / flu symptoms also suffer with nasal and chest congestion, runny nose, sneezing, etc.

LPCN 1084 is expected to be the first long acting solid oral combination of a safe and effective narcotic antitussive and popular antihistamine. LPCN 1084 is targeted to provide temporary relief of cough as may occur with the common cold or inhaled irritant and for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies or allergic rhinitis. LPCN 1084 is presented in a unit solid dose format to overcome dosing inaccuracy, accidental overdose and misuse which are the frequent issues with messy cough liquid and cold products.
