Lipocine business strategy is to pursue strategic alliances with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies that have marketed products or drugs in development that would benefit from Lipocine technologies.
Lipocine offers several ways to collaborate:
- Product Licensing of Superior Lipocine Products:Lipocine has developed several products with supporting pre clinical and clinical data with improvements of established market drugs. These products are designed to be commercialized in a relatively short period of time (18-30 months from initiation) by minimizing regulatory requirements. See product pipeline for products available for license. Lipocine has multiple products licensed for co-development.
- Feasibility With An Option To License: Contract with Lipocine to expose your challenging compound(s) to our LipidScreen and/or IDTS screening program. LipidScreen is a fast and highly cost effective formulation screening process for development stage compounds that can provide product strategies to overcome issues presented with poorly soluble and highly soluble, poorly absorbed compounds. IDTS provides the strategies for development stage compounds to assist in drug design, selection and development. Lipocine has several Feasibility with Option to License programs underway with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
- Co-Development of Partners Proprietary Products: Make Lipocine a partner in your development process. Collaborate with Lipocine to assist with your life cycle management program and/or challenging NCE compounds. Lipocine has several ongoing projects in this area.
